These supplemental Terms of Service (“Vacation Club Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you and Volqa, Inc. ("Volqa", "us", "we", or "our") that describe additional terms and conditions for Vacation Club Membership Products and Services (“Vacation Club”) offered through the Volqa Platform. These terms add to the terms and conditions described under Platform Terms (available here). The Vacation Club Terms take precedent where an actual or potential conflict arises with respect to the purchase, sale, transfer, use of, or subscription to Vacation Club Membership Products and Services. Notwithstanding any conflicting provision, any Purchase Agreement for a Vacation Club in which you are a party shall take precedence over all other agreements, including the Vacation Club Terms. Please read the Purchase Agreements carefully.
When purchasing a Vacation Club, you will need to sign a Purchase Agreement that outlines your rights and responsibilities of owning the Vacation Club product. Upon signing the agreement, you will be redirected to Stripe to pay using your credit card information. After which an order for your purchase is created with Volqa.
It is important to know that instead of charging your card immediately, Volqa performs a credit card authorization hold that verifies the funds are available on your credit card and places a temporary hold on them. This hold persists until either (a) the expiration of the Waiting Period, or (b) the cancellation of the order by you during the Waiting Period. If the order is cancelled, the funds will be released and there won’t be any fees charged to you by Volqa.
Upon the expiration of the Waiting Period, Volqa will capture the authorized funds, which will result in a charge of the previously temporary held funds.
The Waiting Period will either be the Recission Period, as defined in the Purchase Agreement, or the time it takes for the Vendor to process the order and initiate the issuance of the Vacation Club membership to the Customer.
Vacation Club purchases may require you to pay additional fees and costs. These fees and costs are charged and managed by the Vendors. The fees and costs may be one-time or recurring. Refer to the Vendor webpage and/or your Purchase Agreement for more information. It is your duty to read that information carefully, and if there is any concern, please contact us at support@volqa.com.
Once the Web3 Digital Token is assigned, you may use the Vacation Club membership in accordance with their respective terms. Your use of the Vacation Club membership will cease if the Web3 Digital Token is resold, transferred, or cancelled.
If the Vendor offers or allocates “Points” as part of your purchase or usage of the Vacation Club product, then those Points are only recognized by the Vendor and their accompanying processes, services and systems. Volqa does not recognize or make use of any such allocated Points. For more information about the Vendor Point system, please review the Vendor terms in the Purchase Agreement.
Vendors may offer Renewal Terms. Please refer to the product page and/or Purchase Agreement during checkout for more information. Vendors may change the Renewal Terms.
The assigned Web3 Digital Token serves as your right to use the Vacation Club membership in accordance with your Purchase Agreement. You may transfer or resell the Web3 Digital Token in the future to transfer your Vacation Club membership. If there are any issues, contact Volqa at support@volqa.com and we will do our best to resolve any issue that may occur.

The terms and conditions in Vacation Club Terms are supplemental to the terms and conditions defined in Platform Terms & Additional Terms, and omission in Vacation Club Terms of any term and/or condition specified in other locations does not represent waiver or exclusion of that term and/or condition.
