This Privacy Policy explains the data collection and usage practices of Volqa Inc (hereinafter referred to as "Volqa," we, us or our) by the means of your interaction with websites, applications, smart contracts, distributed blockchain applications (DApps) and other offerings from Volqa (collectively, the “Volqa Platform”). By providing your personal information to Volqa Platform, you are consenting to the information collection and use practices described herein.

Information We Collect

To create a new member account on Volqa platform, we may require, but not limited to: your first name, last name, email, and password. Additional information may be required, depending on your specific interactions with the Site.

Use of Your Personal Information

We collect and use your personal information to provide you with the ability to register an Account with Volqa Platform to make purchases, place offers, and list for resale on Volqa Platform. We additionally collect and use your information when you contact us for Customer Support, and/or signup for our Newsletter. You may opt-out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or the instructions provided in any email we send.

Third-Party Login Providers

During registration, you may choose to create an account on our Site using external credentials, such as Facebook, Google+, or Microsoft accounts. When you do so, we will request access to basic information, including your first name, last name, and email address. You can revoke this access at any time by removing the Site's access from your third-party account settings.

Address & Contact Information

When making a purchase, we collect your first name, last name, email, billing address, and contact phone number. This information is stored as part of your order details; and if you are signed in to your user account at the time of purchase, linked to your account for future order retrieval. You can manage this information on the "My Account" page.

Financial Information

For payment, you may choose to provide your credit card information for order processing. Please note that we may store credit card numbers. Alternatively, you can use an external payment method (such as Stripe) for secure payment processing, where we do not have access to your financial information.

Sharing Information with Vendors

For some products or services that you may purchase on our platform, we will share the information we collected with the Vendor providing the product or service. This information will be shared solely for the purposes of delivering to you the product or service. This information may be used to provide you with an enhanced, customized experience.

Cookies

Email addresses collected during the sign-up process are not made publicly available except as stated in this Privacy Notice. Your email address is used to confirm your identity and communicate with you via email. We do not provide third parties with your email address unless you specifically authorize it.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of each website you visit before providing any personally identifiable information.

Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers offer a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") feature to signal that a user does not want their online activity tracked. Since DNT signals are not yet uniform, and not all browsers offer this feature, Volqa.com does not currently recognize or respond to DNT signals.

Governing Law

This Privacy Notice, your use of the Volqa Platform, and all related matters are governed solely by the laws of the state of Delaware, USA, and applicable federal laws of the USA, excluding any rules of private international law or conflict of laws that would lead to the application of any other laws.

Specific Rights: California, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, and Colorado

If you are a California, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, or Colorado resident, your respective data protection laws (CCPA, CPRA, VCDPA, CTDPA, UCPA, and CPA) allow you or an authorized agent on your behalf to make certain requests about your personal information:
